Right of Withdrawal

Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification (art. L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Notify us of your decision before the deadline, by email to nina.boutique@orange.fr or by post to: NINA Boutique, 12 Rue Venizelos, 06400 Cannes. You may use the optional model form below.

Returning products

Return the products in their original condition (unworn, tags attached) no later than 14 days after notifying us, to: NINA Boutique, 12 Rue Venizelos, 06400 Cannes. Return costs are at your expense.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid (excluding return costs) no later than 14 days after recovering the products or proof of return shipment, using the same payment method as the original order.

Exceptions

Under article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, nor to hygiene items (e.g. underwear, earrings) unsealed after delivery.
